Mechanical Engineer

Ensure machine reliability maintained with systematic prevention and prediction in one production workshop
Response for machine performance improvement, and support new mechine installation
Conduct training and share knowledge for technician through daily problem solving

1. Maintenance
- Decrease known forced deterioration
- Responsible for Major Breakdown report/anylysis/provention.
- Responsible for Safety/Quality/Efficiency related machine improvement.
- Responsible for equipment modification
- Prepare documents for PM/MTC/TPM according to Zero breakdown concept
- Review PM/MTC contents and update PM/MTC according breakdown record
- Zero breakdown implementation.
2. Spare Parts Management
- Responsible for machine spare part yearly review
- Responsible for machine new spare part application
- Responsible for machine spare parts stock change according to spare parts yearly consumption
- Prepare needed spare parts according to long term spare part application schedule
3. Improvement
- Take initiative to improve machine performance and stability
- Improve and optimize spare parts in good level
4. Project
- Finish own basic program/TF/RICP according to project schedule intime.
- Support project team, Check new machine's documentation.
- Support Phase IV project
5. Training
- Conduct Mechanical related training for Mechanic Technicians from shopfloor
- Share related knowledge with Mechanical engineers

- Bachelor's degree or above with major on machinery
- 5 years manufacturing experience
- 2 years mold maintenance experience
