Head of Compound Innovation at OESL (m/f/d) - REF74435S

• Lead development group of Compound Innovation to ensure technology leadership of OESL in the area of rubber compounds for automotive applications. 
• Extend network with suppliers and public research institutes to foster innovative solutions and sustainability.
• Support other R&D functions and Application Engineering with knowledge exchange and promotion of new innovative materials to the customers.

This job can be carried out at the Hanover or Hann.Münden locations

• Master degree in Chemistry or Material Science, PhD preferred
• Several years of experience in the development of rubber compounds or technical rubber goods
• Experience in a leadership position
• Experience in working with international project teams
• Experience in Automotive Industry preferred
• Business fluent English and good German language skills (written and spoken)
