Your tasks will include the following activities:

  • Leading a department responsible for the design, standardization and continuous improvement of the entity’s Compliance Management System (CMS) and Program
  • Reduce the company’s exposure to compliance risks through risk assessment, state of the art policies, processes and systems as well as tailorized compliance measures.
  • Responsibility for the Compliance training, culture and communication program
  • Enhance effectiveness and quality through standardization and digitization of processes, stringent implementation of artificial intelligence and other means of tech-driven innovation especially in the LegalTech area.
  • Taking the lead for internal and external audits and certifications of the Compliance department
  • Support the Chief Compliance Officer in relevant reporting tasks

Votre profil

  • Academic Degree in Law, Business Administration or comparable qualification
  • Professional experience in the field of design and auditing of compliance management systems
  • Project management experience in an international context
  • Very good handling with MS Office software
  • Business fluent German and English language skills (written and spoken)
  • Good communication skills and strong team player mentality
  • Intercultural competence
  • Passion for project management processes and systems
  • Willingness to travel
