The main task of the function is to coordinate and verify the proper application of the quality standards defined, customer requirements and other industry rules as ISO9001. To evaluate and improve process KPI, solve issues trought problem solving methodologies.

Process and product monitor

▪ Implement and execute process and product monitoring and improving
▪ Ensure that all standards are meet during the product life time
▪ Document monitoring results
▪Hold and segregate material in case results are not achieving spec

Customer

▪ Coordinate customer visits
▪ Fullfill CSR
▪ Solve customer complaints and implement actions
▪ Prepare and share PPAP documentation to Customer

Methods & Standards

▪ Development and maintenance of local quality procedures
▪ Development of Visual Aids and verification work instructions
▪ Create and update Control Plan
▪ Assess and determine test methods map with customer requirements

Development

▪ Participate in development projects
▪ Represent  testing and provide test results in assigned working groups
▪ Participate in cost reduction projects in cooperation with PPI, production and QA

Quality

▪ Implement and evaluate quality assurance verification
▪ Document and notify QA results
▪ Improve quality KPI
▪Audit proces, product and systemWork

Safety

▪Comply with all safety, cleanliness and tidiness standards of your workstation,to ensure the performance of work in the best conditions
▪Assist in improving occupational safety and infrastructure in the field of test technology

Measurement

▪Ensure compliance with customer and organization requirements by following work instructions and technical standards.
▪Support and ensure use of calibrated test devices and test devices
▪ Ensure the execution/implementation of the action plans related to KPIs as well as improvements in the department

Maintenance

▪ Execute and monitor maintenance and repair work for quality tools when appliesTraining/ onboarding▪ Be a technical multiplier for the team and new employees, training them in work instructions and documented information in general.

Votre profil

  • Bachelor´s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Automation, Production, Quality, Industrial or related areas.
  • Advanced level of english ( interviews will be in english ).
  • At least 3 year of experience in the industrial/Automotive sector.
  • Experience with Core tools.
  • Experience with regard to customer expectations in process and product monitoring.
  • Experience with launching new products and processes.
  • Experience leading external and internal audits.
  • Experience with  basic measurement equipments.
