• Above-average university degree in a technology-related subject, e.g., industrial engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, manufacturing.
• Fluent command of English and the language of your home plant (country of employment).
• Project or maintenance experience desired.
• International experience (e.g., internships or studies abroad).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, a dedicated team player who enjoys working in a multicultural environment.
• Open-minded and ambitious personality, high level of commitment.
• Passion for the automotive industry.
• Traveling availability.
• Visa (desirable).
