SCM Specialist

1. Handle sales order and manage customer's requirement.
2. Collect customer's sales forecast and analysis deviation and pass to RML/PL timely.
3. Coordination of daily delivery with relevant departments.
4. Coordination of order production and status with production planner.
5. Monitoring finish goods stock level and responsible for old stock.
6. Balance customer demand and production efficiency, optimize production plan to ensure on time delivery to customer
7. Responsible production plan and tracking production performance
8. Control finish goods and WIP inventory
9. Analyze slow moving finish goods stock and drive for reduction
10. Other tasks

1. Bachelor degree or above
2. More than 5 years working experience in the field of supply chain or planning
3. Good at SAP or other ERP system experience
4. Good at cross-functional communication & negotiation
5. Advanced Excel & PPT
6. Good at data analysis
7. Capable to work under pressure
8. Fluent in oral and written English
