Your tasks will include the following activities:

  • Being a Subject Matter Lead for global Business Partner Due Diligence Project
  • Having responsibility for the adaption, implementation, monitoring and continuous improvement of Continental’s Business Partner Due Diligence rules and program
  • Supporting Group Compliance, other Group Functions and Group Sectors as specialist on Business Partner Due Diligence
  • Identifying Business Partners on a risk-based approach
  • Exercising risk based Due Diligence and being involved in the approval of relevant Business Partners
  • Controlling the Effectiveness of the Business Partner Due Diligence System
  • Continuously monitoring of relevant Business Partners

Votre profil

  • Academic Degree in Law, Business Administration or comparable qualification
  • Professional experience in the field of compliance and Business Partner Due Diligence/KYC Programs
  • Project management experience in an international context
  • Very good handling with MS Office software
  • Business fluent German and English language skills (written and spoken)
  • Good communication skills and strong team player mentality
  • Intercultural competence
  • Passion for project management processes and systems
  • Willingness to travel (approx. 10-20%)
