Acts as Local Key User for Workplace Specification Systems including Global Recipe Management System in tire production. Ensures development of related business concepts, steers, and coaches the local implementation in the plant, consults in cases of problem solving, and coordinates the enhancement of the related systems with the Regional and Central organization.
Acting as an "influencer" for product usage to support business needs for competitive advantage with respect to operational KPIs in the areas of Safety, Quality, Costs and Efficiency.
- Analysis of requirements and pre-requisites for upcoming product implementations.
- Generation and maintenance of an implementation roadmap including user aspects, IT aspects, central aspects, and process adaptations.
- Support the operational areas to analyze the potential need for adaption of existing processes.
- Support the users in the modified/new processes and product usage.
- Training of power users in the standard processes and usage of Manufacturing Systems following the “train the trainer” concept.
- Be the first level support for users, ensure a first level support structure for times when LKU is not available (shifts, vacations, absence.
- Creating Value Items and User Stories together with the Product Owner as appropriate.
- Keep up-to-date with existing features and functionality development, and analyze their potential to add-value for the plant together with the operative responsible.
- Primary contact person for Product Owners and Regional Key Users.
- Monitor current usage rates and trends.
- Identify root causes for lacking usage and poor data quality.
- Create a plan for improving usage and data quality and monitor progress.
- Participate in FMEAs to identify and mitigate risks.
- Maintains a value-adding network with Product Owners and other local key users with a focus on keeping each other up-to-date with incremental developments and new ideas.
Votre profil
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE
- Fluent local language, good English skills on international level (i.e., reading, writing, and speaking).
- Project Management Skills, Analytical Skills, Problem Solving Skills and Tools.
- Knowledge in IT Technologies, Infrastructure, Digital Factory Market trends.
- Affinity to computer and software (database, programming languages) use/improvement.
- Lean Production Skills.
- Knowledge in Production processes (Mixing, Extrusion, Calendaring, Cutting, Assembly processes) of rubber/plastics.
- Affinity and experience with Specifications and Recipe Systems.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, electrical engineering, industrial engineering, process engineering or similar.
- Previous internship experience, or
- At least 1 year of experience working in a manufacturing environment
- Project Management experience, leading at least 2 successfully completed projects.
- Negotiation experience to moderate win-win outcomes for all stakeholders.
- Networking and interactions skills, experience in international (English speaking) business.
