Occupational Health Doctor

Responsible for Medical Service of Qro SCT Location
Coordinate Nurse service and Nusery area
Provide first medical attention to employees in case of accident or disease.
Ensure corporate health and occupational medicine procedures are being followed at all times.
Ensure new hire and periodic medical exams are performed on time.
Ensure medical service has the neccesary medicines and first aid equipment.
Ensure all the First aid kits on site are with complete material.
Ensure all the defibrillators on site are fuctioning 100%.
Serve as a leader of the first aid brigade, and train them accordingly on a periodic maner.
Provide medical advice in case of a pandemic to our Crisis Committee.
Collaborate with other departments such as FM, Security, HR to ensure rules and procedures are followed.
Collaborate with Medical services from Santa Anita and Periferico to ensure the procedures are followed the same for all of our R&D Community.
Plan and execute health campaigns for the employees according to the health analysis performed previously to all employees.
Manage Time Control Policy and keep record of all general disease formats received from the IMSS.
In case of accidents, ensure the response to the ST-7 format is done on time and with 100% accurate information.
Responsible for internal inspections of the dinning room, ensure health measures are followed by the supplier in the preparation of the food.
Be a part of the Safety & Health Committee and participate in an active manner.
Ensure compliance of the KPI's assigned to the medical service.
Perform a monthly review of the KPI's and activities with the Sr. ESH Specialist and define action plans.
Actively participate in any accident investigations.
Ensure all medical records of the employees are kept on a safe and confidential place.

• Bachelors degree in Medicine
• Occupational Medicine certification/courses desirable
• Basic knowledge of mexican safety & health regulations
• Advanced knowledge of Health Secretary requirements and ensure medical service is compliant
• English intermediate
