Material Industrialization Engineer (3 years determined) - Tires

We are looking for an experienced Material Industrialization Engineer to join our team and drive excellence in our production processes.

Your tasks will include:

• Introduction and Industrialization of compounds (formulations and mixing process) and raw materials;
• Continuously tracking the compound quality data and implementing corrective actions;
• Problem solving and support for production process on a daily bases;
• Create, plan, perform, and evaluate test results for continuous product improvement;
• Oversee test compounds and those from pilot series, initiate Compound Capability Studies, implement product optimization measures, and provide feedback on the pilot series;
• Ensure the proper implementation of new or modified compounds based on the specifications (dosage, raw materials), taking into consideration cost and process aspects as well as respecting the specified targets and tolerance values for the compound characteristics;
• Support production to achieve stable operating conditions.

Your profile:

• 3 years of previous experience as Material Industrialization Engineer;
• Technical University Degree, Chemical Engineering; Polymer Chemistry is preferred;
• Advanced knowledge about polymers and the rubber industry;
• Hands-on approach and willingness to spend 70% of the working time in the production area;
• SPS knowledge (Problem solving);
• Quality Core Tools knowledge (SPC, PFMEA, Control Plan);
• Advanced English level;
• Office 365 (advanced Excel knowledge);
• Team player and people-driven.
