As Quality Systems Manager, you will have the following responsibilities: 

  • Ensures the customer satisfaction (internal and external) through the implementation and continuous improvement of a sustainable Quality Management System (QMS) in the plant
  • Ensures plant compliance to Company standards, IATF 16949, ISO9001, legal & customer requirements.
  • Manage the Process-oriented Management System (PoMS) of the plant (VMF)
  • Responsible for PFMEAs 
  • Reponsible for Lessons learned shared via LL database 
  • Responsible for execution and organization of internal and external quality audits
  • Coordinating and developing a pool of internal trained product, process and system auditors (functional lead)
  • Ensures awareness of costumer specific requirements in the entire organization. 
  • Support individual departments in preparing QM documentation.
  • Support structured problem solving
  • Provide Quality Trainings as needed throughout the plant
  • Proactively building long-term relationships within QMS community world wide

Votre profil

  • Bachelor degree in Engineering (prefearable Master degree) or comparable areas
  • Minimum 3 years experience preferred in automotive or supply industry, focus in the Quality area 
  • Internal Auditor qualification according to IATF 16949 / VDA 6.3 preferred.
  • QM System Know How preferred.
  • Quality Tools Know How preferred (FMEA, SPC, …)
  • Knowledge in mixing, calendaring, bladder and reclaim production preferred.
  • Communication skills for involvement with customers and external auditors.
  • Fluent in German and English
