THE POSITION

  • Ensure the compliance of Quality Planning Standards according to the Customer Requirements
  • Coordination of the Quality Feasibility Study for Customer Projects
  • Implementation of the CT PLC Standards
  • Ensure maintenance of Quality-Gate Management Requirement Standards (specific Checklists)
  • Coordination of the Quality Gate Reviews for customer projects according to the PLC
  • Ensure maintenance of Industry Specific Change Management Standards
  • Coordination of the execution of Continuous Quality Planning Improvement Programs
  • Driving the Lesson Learned and Improvement Process regarding Quality Planning

Votre profil

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree, e.g., in the field of Engineering, Production Technology, or relevant
  • 2 years of Management experience preferably in Quality or Manufacturing
  • 2 years of professional experience and methodological competence in the field of Quality Management
  • Customer communication experience  
  • At least 2 years’ experience in continuous improvement or project management 
  • Strong leadership skills (team skills, conflict, management, networking)
  • Experience with intercultural communication (e.g. internally across locations, international customers, international suppliers).

 

  • This position is part of the One ContiTech reorganization. ContiTech employees will be given preference in the candidate selection.
