The Maintenance Manager is responsible for the maintenance and improvement of plant facilities and equipment consistent with general plant objectives. The Manager develops and implements programs to improve plant performance in safety, quality, productivity, cost and the work environment. The Manager regularly advises and collaborates with operations and technical management, and directs the activities of professional, craft, supervisory and outside contract workers.

  1. Schedule and supervise all maintenance activities.
  2. Oversee preventative and predictive maintenance activities for the plant.
  3. Attend daily production activity meetings as requested.
  4. Oversee off-the-floor repair activities (repair shop and vendor activities).
  5. Team member for oversight for 3rd party maintenance services (water treatment, parts repair services, etc.)
  6. Team member of energy conservation team.
  7. Manage budget of Maintenance Department.
  8. Manage shutdown work schedules.

Votre profil

Basic Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field.  Three plus years maintenance supervisory experience.
