Are you interested in shaping the future of ContiTech together with a great team?
You
- Support the Business Partner Talent Management and Global Business Partners with data and process knowhow, access rights management within the tools (e.g. MySuccess, Our Basics Live, Our Team live and My Radar live) and best practices.
- Enable a smooth Talent Management process by being an expert within our MySuccess system.
- Train and communicate the standard TMOD processes, provide standard training material and support the Business Partner network worldwide.
- Have the role of a Global Central Key User for the MySuccess tool for ContiTech and work closely with the Group Key User Community to drive and test improvements and incorporate future needs to our standard processes and data management. You coordinate and steer ContiTech change requests to Key User community.
- Are responsible to coordinate the training and roll-out of tools/functionality changes within ContiTech.
- Support in onboarding of new Business Partners in our TMOD processes and tools.
- Support with data analytics and reporting to make data transparent and easy to understand and derive the right actions for ContiTech (e.g. succession pools, systemic weaknesses, OBL comparisons,…)
- Support our Business Areas, Group Sector Central Functions and Locations in how to best make use of our standard processes and tools.
Votre profil
Your Qualifications
- Successfully completed vocational training in the area of business administration or related field
- Preferably experience in the HR environment or business functions
- A data and process driven mindset with a strong focus on quality and continuous improvement.
- Strong skills in communicating, developing of networks, intercultural sensitivity and the constant desire to #learnandgrow and improve the services for our internal customers.
