Sales Administration Team Leader

Manages the daily operation of the Sales Administration function. 

Oversees the resource allocation and workflow of all support activities including order processing, contracts, credit and collections, and is responsible for the data collection and preparation of reports for sales team and monthly sales forecast. Consolidates customer/market information and analyses trends, risks and proposes alternatives.

Identifies and resolves operational issues, identifies promotional opportunities to increase sales volume. Additionally, may resolve complex customer requests or complaints. Support the processing of data for sales incentive or commission programs.

Manages staff reports in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. Ensures that department projects and goals are met accordingly to yearly strategy and budget.

• 5 years of experience in related areas in a self-contributor role
• 2 years of experience as team leader
• Advanced English
• Advanced Excel
• Bachelor Degree
• Knowledge and skills:
  • Strong data analytics
  • Sales forecast process
  • Business Plans and Commercial Strategies
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Negotiation and problem solving
