Learning and Training Specialist

• Initiate digitalization on learning programs & talent management processes
• Drive educational institution collaboration activities
• Create reports by using powerBi
• Organize, maintain trainings and support onboarding process

• Bachelor degree of engineering or business administration field
• 2 years or more of HR or project management experience
• Knowledge of PowerBi, Power automate tools 
• SAP Success factor learning management system knowledge is plus
• Experience in intercultural teams is plus
