Head of Program Management (m/f/d) - Segment Motion Technologies and Services (MTS)

To support the growth and development of our newly established segment Motion Technologies and Services (MTS) within our Business Area Safety and Motion we are looking for you as our new Head of Program Management (m/f/d). 

The position will be located at one of our Continental MTS facilities to offer you a flexible working environment.

Your main responsibilities:

• Prepare, consolidate and steer strategic segment product roadmap​

• Safeguard market intelligence activities from commercial perspective​

• Ensure alignment with technical perspective and Product Center

• Manage segment product portfolio in alignment with product centers​

• Prepare and drive business cases to support long term strategic objectives​

• Lead or support quote processes​

• Define and prioritize investment planning and resource allocation​

• Ensure application of standards and sharing of best practices​

• Enable segment partnerships, IP strategy and management

• University degree (Bachelor, Master or equivalent)

• Several years of general experience preferably in the area of program management, business management, M&A activities or similar fields

• Entrepreneurial skills (challenge the way doing things) and strategic mindset​

• Several years of leadership experiences and ability to work in international teams

• Basic understanding of services, software and software-driven systems from a commercial perspective, technically based experiences are a plus​

• Good knowledge of business models and business modelling​

• Highly analytical, structured thinking​ and intrapersonal skills

• Knowledge of agile work methods and principles​
