Manufacturing Footprint Manager

• Manage all data related to the global manufacturing footprint of Continental Business Area User Experience
• Gather data inputs from global plants and other internal stakeholders in an efficient and automated way
• Evaluate manufacturing floorspace demand vs capacity data and highlight risks, opportunities and action needs globally
• Analyze floorspace load scenarios & develop solution options
• Visualize data using Microsoft PowerBI
• Support quote preparations worldwide by simulating space demand vs. available floorspace capacity in target locations
• Support the creation & continuous improvement of target-state production layouts in the global manufacturing plants
• Support the global manufacturing equipment capacity planning

• Academic degree in engineering, business administration, information technology or equivalent
• Experience in the Automotive industry or in a manufacturing environment
• Experience in setting up and managing data in PowerBi
• Experience in managing projects
• Fluency in English
• Intercultural sensitivity and mobility for travel
• Openness to work in a global environment
• Experience in production layout planning or factory planning a plus
• Experience in data management, forecasting or scenario analysis a plus
