HR Talent Acquisition, Recruiter for ADAS
The HR Talent Acquisition(TA), Recruiter is responsible for mid-career hiring. By providing expert recruiting services, the HR TA creates a trust building partnership with her/his internal / external customers to contribute Continental organizational growth through hiring activities focusing on ADAS.
This role is a key member of Japan HR TA team having the following responsibility which requires very close alignment with respective HR Business Partners, Hiring Managers and external stakeholders. This position is reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition.
1. Creation and posting of job postings in close collaboration with HR business partners and Hiring Managers
2. Work closely with recruiting Agencies, scouting in the database and promotion of referrals to hire the best fit candidate
3. Application processing and screening
4. Manage interviewing, scheduling and communication with stakeholders
5. Support for conducting recruitment tests
6. Processing communications with applicants
7. Build recruiting strategy and implementation with KPI
8. Participation in various projects to improve hiring process or HR related stuffs
- BA degree in Human Resources Management or Business education or equivalent experience.
- Experience of 3 years or more as HR Talent Acquisition Recruiter with hiring strategies making.
- Self-starter, Excellent Interpersonal skills, Excellent communication skills, Analytical & Problem-solving skills.
