Administrator Group IT Asset Management

Coordination of service operations and global delivery of the company's IT Asset Management Service
Monitor and report on performance and utilization
Assist in the development and implementation of asset management policies and procedures
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure asset information is accurate and up-to-date
Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner

2+ years of experience in asset management or related field
Strong knowledge of BMC Asset Manager or similar asset management software
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with international customers
