Process Engineer Internship
Vos activités
Summary
We are looking for a self-motivated team-player with excellent customer service skills. This position is a great (PAID!) learning experience for a student interested in a Process Engineering field in a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities include
• CAD design, mainly on extrusion dies and pre dies
• Work with IRS for fabrication on those designs
In 2023 we will have a new combi line, and new tooling will need to be designed and fabricated, to match the standard of the other lines (inserts, reduce weight…)
The goal will be to design all pieces of tooling for both sidewall and tread dies and predies, as well as already starting the fabrication as well as defining a plan with IRS, as the full span of the internship would not be enough to fabricate all pieces
In addition, the intern must already have solid bases on CAD. He/she will have the opportunity to use Solidworks and to design and fabricate a tool for daily production
