1.Co-making product testing plans in collaboration with R&D and MPs.
2.Create plans for equipment investment and delivery.

3.Cooperate with mechanic engineers to define testing concept.

4.Selecting soft-/hardware type according to testing concept and criteria.
5.Initiate purchasing list.

6.Participate in DV & PV, line verification and equipment verification, modification of process files, etc.

7.Lessons learned for manufacturing and continuous improvement (for quality purpose, cost saving purpose etc.)

8.Provide technical support to maintenance employees in focus factory.

1.Bachelor in Engineering;

2.2 years experience in industry testing and related;

3.Good communication and basic English.
