Technical Compliance (tC) Reporting Specialist (TM)

As a tC Reporting Specialist your main responsibilities will be to:

• Execute and steer the company-wide tC reporting process;
• Prepare regular tC reporting and presentation to the relevant bodies and committees of the company;
• Provide the necessary policies, guidance and training to globally involved employees in the area of tC reporting;
• Continuously improve the relevant reporting guidelines and instructions;
• Evaluate and implement technical solutions and tools to support the tC reporting process;
• Serve as contact person for the reporting process and system;
• Responsible for reporting of tC performance to upper management including preparation of reporting documents for the executive leadership;
• Align with other group functions and group sector responsibles for reporting, requirement definition and assessment activities;
• Ensure the governance, the content, the update and the review of the Technical Compliance Management System (tCMS) Reporting process including tCMS target and KPI system;

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in Engineering or Quality;
• 3-5 years relevant professional experience in business related reporting in an international context; 
• Advanced communication skills for communication into the organization and written communication towards management for higher levels;
• Advanced networking and problem-solving skills, analytical process thinking;
• Proficient in MS office applications;
• Business fluency in English language mandatory;
