Manage and supervise three main objectives in the Local HR Department, such as Recruitment and Selection, Employee Branding and Other HR Services.
-Recruitment (Req. creation support to HM, intake meetings along with Recruitment Center and Hiring Manager, active sourcing - LinkedIn, Associations or other recruitment sources, train Hiring Managers in the use of the current tool)
-Selection (coordinate local interviews and assessments, defines strategies / tools that fit to our local needs, train Hiring Managers in the Selection process and tools)
-Other HR Services (OnBoarding -along with HRBP- and relocation, personnel administration and reporting; support to ESH and Corporate Security)
-Branding (search of new talent sources such as internal referals, free-of-charge talent sources, university agreements, networking, ambassador, and recruitment fairs)
Bachelor's Degree at Business Administration, Human Resources, Industrial Administration or similar.
Advanced English level.
3-5 years of experience in:

Recruiting and staffing
Analytical and problem solving skills
Audit Management Process
Labor and law compliance (desirable)
