Sr Quality Customer Engineer
In charge of new products launch and set of controls on new manufacturing lines from quality side, follow up APQP activities. Development PPAP documentation. In charge of customer complaints and follow up the methodology of problem solving on timely manner with the customer, follow up actions’ verification.
Bachelor’s degree on engineering (industrial, Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, etc)
Knowledge to manage Ford, Tesla, or GM customers
Expert on Core tools (PPAP, APQP, PFMEA, CP, MSA and SPC)
GD&T knowledge, IATF standard internal auditor desirable.
Expert on a problem-solving methodology as 8D, A3, Red X or DMAIC
