Warehouse and Distribution Specialist

1.Prepare and run tender project for logistics services for tire OE business in China region.
Execute standard tender processes in close collaboration with internal business partners. 
Take part in warehouse inspection and negotiations with logistics service providers from business side.

2.Responsible for coordination with the service provider,monitoring of service quality for the both warehouse and transport.
Train service providers based on Continental standards and procedures. 
Regular warehouse performance KPI review with service provider with action plan followed up.
Take lead to complete onsite operation check for key warehouses.
Conduct & resolve problems concerning warehouse,  RDC delivery activities.Handling customer logistics complaints.

3.Implement cost verification process for PLT OE China market, improving transportation cost transparency.
Develop and excute regualr report about budget update, Forecast change, actual cost tracking , premium logistics cost control.
Drive cost reduction for OE China warehouse & logistics actitvies.
Monitoring stock level and ensure regular stock report from service providers.

4.Align with internal parternes to set up for new SOP delivery for OE business , both domestic & import routine.
Handling tranportation compalint with internal partners & external logisitcs vendors.
Conduct & resolve problems concerning import & export activities, D&D cost avoidance.

5.Take initiative to optimize current process regarding to warehosue operation, cost verification,delivery process, and etc.
fulfill tasks assigned by deparment head when needed 

Bachelor degree or above, commercial education, perferred in Logistics area
3-5 years' working experience in logistics (especially in warehousing and distribution)
Experience more than 3 SCM projects
Knowledge of SAP preferred
Project leadship is a plus, conflict management
