1. Maintenance and troubleshooting of plant machines & equipments- 

2. Advantage if experience in Maintenance and troubleshooting of Plant Utilities & facilities- Like- Exhaust systems, Power system & cabinets, Diesel Generator, ETP & STP, HVAC, Cooling towers & Ventilation systems, MHE's 

3. Power Distribution cabinets, High & low voltage components & circuits, Busbar Trunking & Motors with speed reducers. Electrical System & wiring 

4. Projects contribution, Support & execution, Understanding of Drawings

5. PLC ladder & SCADA expertise to understand electrical / electronic circuits and trouble shooting

6. Work & Operating Experience on Fire Protection (hydrant, detection) System & its accessories

7. Maintaining & contributing for Safety standards, Statutory Requirement, validation  & ensuring meeting required Quality Standards in day to day activity

8. Spare management

Diploma in Electrical / Electronics (4 - 5 Yrs Exp), 
Added advantage if experience in polymer, printing industry & knowledge on PLC with its programming
Work in all shifts flexibly when job demands
Added advantage if bears Electrical Supervisor License

1. Planning spares, Spare receipt, consumption record keeping & monitoring spares inventory. .Able to Prepare & request parts fabrication by machine, sheet or wood shops, parts sketches and write work orders - purchase requests as and when required.
2. Executing all Preventive, Predictive, Corrective & Breakdowns Maintenance of machine. Contributing in Maintaining & improving MTTR, MTBF, Derived KPI. Record test procedures and results, numerical and graphical data, calculating, tabulating information or data.
3. PLC knowledge and controls related trouble shooting. Able to understand PLC program and well knowledge on SCADA
4. Responsible for standby equipment, maintenance store, Spare part management. Raising requests, purchases and inventory in equipment parts,
5. Familiar with functional standards, laws & regulations requirements as applicable ensuring compliant. 
6. Repair and perform preventive maintenance to all equipment as per established standards. Ensure related all operations, standards and controls are maintained at high quality. Using relevant information and individual judgment to determine whether events or processes comply with laws, regulations, or standards.
7. Breakdown data collection, Root cause analysis, history card maintain and Why why analysis. Updating the records such as Daily reports / checklist, Equipment History cards, PM Check sheets as per PM schedule. Maintaining all record updated for Repair. Entering, transcribing, recording, storing and maintaining information in written, electronic, hard copies as required
8. Active participation of quality measures for maintenance dept in regards with system deliverables like power, resource & utilities requirements. Improvement and cost saving ideas generation and implementation.
9. Able to Handle HT-LT related activities independently & Co-ordination with State Electricity Board and other related statutory authorities 
10. perform work in the repair, maintenance, service, modification, troubleshooting, inspection and monitoring of the operation of hydraulic systems and components, chillers, fan motors, pump, motors, electric controls and associated safety and equipment protection devices. To provide support to the other maintenance functions which need immediate attention. 
11. Co-ordinate with the AMC vendors for any break down and preventive maintenance
12. Awareness or competence on IATF-16949, OHSAS, ISO 50001, Local-State-Central Body Acts & rules
13. Installing equipment, machines, wiring, or programs to meet specifications.
14. Knowledge on and exposure to industrial practices like lock out tag out, fall arrest, confined space, MSDS, ladder safety, emergency evacuation, 
15. To respond to work orders in a timely and courteous manner. Providing information to supervisors, co-workers, and subordinates by telephone, in written form, e-mail & in person.
