Production Specialist & MS Power User

The Production Specialist ensures smooth operations through documentation, digitalization support, quality compliance, and improvement initiatives. This role requires strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

1. Manage production documentation, reporting, and KPI dashboards; support digitalization projects and train operators.
2. Ensure quality compliance, analyze production data, and identify improvement opportunities.
3. Assist in Lean initiatives, trials, and cost-saving projects while maintaining safety and environmental standards.

Qualifications:

1. Diploma or Degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related field with experience in a production environment.
2. Proficiency in digital systems and basic data analysis.
3. Knowledge of Lean principles and quality management standards preferred.
