Working Student - Global Learning & Training (m/f/d) - REF90281W

Are you passionate about learning and want to help shape the future of training in a global company? Join us as a working student (m/f/diverse) in Global Learning & Training, starting in January / February 2026 with a weekly working time of 20 hours for minimum of 6-12 months.

You will work closely together with our HR team and collaborate with employees, trainers and leaders across our Business Areas: Original Equipment (OE), Research and Development (R&D) and Sustainability Tires. Our mission is to provide our employees worldwide a working environment in which Learning & Training is an integral part of their daily routine. 

Your tasks will focus on the following activities:

• Project support and communication with trainers and learners
• Support in organizing and planning the scheduling of trainings
• Update of information in our Learning Management System
• Maintain our learning portfolio overview
• Manage report requests & create dashboards

We are searching for a student (m/f/diverse) that:

• Is enrolled in university - final year Bachelor's degree or beginning of Master's degree (Business Administration, Psychology or related fields)
• Experienced in leveraging Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and impactful presentations
• Knows the English langugae at a conversational level (both written and spoken)
• Has strong communication skills and is open to continuously learn new things
• Is highly organized with critical attention to details
• Is proactive and a team player
