Purchasing Specialist Operations Center (P2P) OESL

The Operational Buyer is responsible for performing all purchasing activities within certain material/service fields with the objective of optimal supply and generating a maximum profit contribution in compliance with the company's policies and purchasing guidelines. This position is reporting to the Operational Purchasing Team Lead of Region/Subregion. The role is carrying out all purchasing activities with a medium degree of difficulty and complexity,  in the area of goods/services for which the job holder is responsible for. 

• Bachelor´s degree completed.
• Advanced level of English is required ( Interviews will be in english ) -  any other language will be a strong plus (German, Portuguese )
• At least 3 years of experience in related field ( SCM -  Spare Parts - Purchasing ) 
• Negotiation advanced skills
• Commercial Contracting previous experience is highly appreciated.
• Previous experience in: Purchasing processes/Purchase to Pay is required.
• Stakeholder Partnership knowledge.
• Project and Time management previous experience will be a strong plus. 
• Business acumen
• Intercultural Management will be a strong plus.
• IT tools ( SAP, Office package ), methods and analytics knowledge will be a strong plus.
