DEVELOPMENT ENGINEER II - Platform development

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Development Engineer to join our Platform Development PLT team in Puchov.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our platform infrastructure, ensuring its scalability, reliability, and performance.

• Develop segment/platform specification for a defined size range based on product and segment strategy requirements.
• Validate target constructions, scale up solutions, implement newly developed platform product.
• Ensure the basic performance of existing products and correct release of new ones.
• Design test concepts, conduct tire testing, evaluate performance data.
• Collaborate closely with manufacturing plants globally.
• Close cooperation with other R&D departments worldwide.
• Taking part or leading International projects across carious Continental departments.

• University degree in technical field (e.g., Chemical or Mechanical Engineering).
• English language on communication level.
• Advantage is having skills in:
  • Skills in MS Excel VBA programming.
  • Basic knowledge of data science.
  • Basic In field of Data science

  • Flexible thinker with initiative approach,
  • Structure working style,
  • Strong communication and sociable networking skills.

Initial salary (depends on experience and skills of the candidate):

Freshly graduate: TT8: 1 980€ + variable part

Experienced candidate: TT9: 2 200€ + variable part

Salary increase within the knowledge and experience gained up to 3 000€ gross/monthly and more.
