Shift team lead (Maintenance)

• Properly manage the Company's assigned resources to contribute to the fulfillment of the Plant's objectives in accordance with the corporation's guidelines in maintenance for the final goods area.
• Proper administration of work orders. 

• Engineering (Electronics, Mechatronics, Automation, Mechanical/Electrical)
• Experience in Maintenance in the Automotive or Metalworking industry.
• Knowledge of electrical and electronic controls, Drives, Servo Positioning, AC and DC Motors, PLCs, IPCs, Pneumatics, Hydraulics, Basic knowledge of general mechanics, TCUs, Communication protocols applied to electrical/electronic controls, Preventive and Predictive Maintenance.
• Experience in Manufacturing processes.
• Experience as a Maintenance Supervisor with experience in personnel management.
• English level: Basic. 
• Availability to rol shifts.
