Supplier Quality Management Engineer Serial Production

• SQM is the Main contact with internal customer to validate failures that could be associated with  supplier issues.  
• SQM is responsible to perform the problem solving process with supplier trough 8D methodology, 8D evaluation and closure once until problem is solved.
• SQM is also key player con supplier Process change notifications (PCNs) in order to ensure   introduction of  supplier changes without impacting Continental manufacturing process.
• As part of the regular activities SQM is in charge to ensure raw material quality at Continental location, track and coordinate activities linked with SQM KPIs.
• Perform  VDA 6.3 audits to suppliers and Run @ Rate to validate process and installed capacity at supplier site.

• Bachelor's Degree: Industrial Engineering / Electronics Engineering 
• Advanced English 
• Experience:
  • 5 years in Quality areas 
  • VDA 6.3 auditor (desirable)
• Knowledge: 
  • Microsoft Office
  • SAP
  • Minitab
  • Quality tools (AMEF, Control Plan, etc.)
