Solution Architect O365 within Tires IT Infrastructure (m/f/d) - REF78326U

The Solution Architect O365 role in Tires IT Infrastructure involves designing and optimizing Office 365 to meet business and regulatory needs, creating architecture documentation, and leading the technical strategy for Office 365. This position can be staffed either at the location Hannover (Germany) or at the location Timisoara (Romania).

Your tasks

• Design and optimizing Office 365 for the future.
• Develop and maintain architecture documentation for Office 365.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance on Office 365 best practices.
• Ensure the security and compliance of Office 365 within the organization.
• Stay updated with the latest developments and features in Office 365 and Microsoft Copilot.
• Provide guidance to IT staff on best practices for Office 365 solutions.
• Develop and implement strategies for future Office 365 in Tires IT.

 Your profil

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Extensive experience in designing and implementing Office 365 in enterprise environments, including Security and Compliance Features
• Strong understanding of Office 365 principles and best practices
• Proficiency in configuring and managing Office 365 environments
• Experience with security and compliance management for Office 365
• Knowledge of scripting and automation tools (e.g., PowerShell).
• Previous experience in project management
• Ability to stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in Office 365 and Microsoft Copilot
• fluent English language skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
