Electronics SQM Engineer

Main Tasks 

• Response for supplier management of electronic parts， including Resister, Capacitor, Diodes, Transistors, LED, Semiconductor.
• Lead supplier quality problem solving, and drive root cause analysis and enforce the definition and implementation with 8D method, and conduct supplier improvement programs.
• Conduct and follow up for VDA6.3 maintenance audit to supplier, support new supplier introduction audit if necessary.

• Support cross function on supplier quality related issues.

Education 

• • Bachelor’s degree or above in Electronic Engineering or equivalent.  

Professional Experience & skills  

• • Experience in semiconductor process like fab, backend assembly or testing.
  • 3 years above of quality or industry engineering related working experience, preferabily in automotive industry;
  • Knowledge on IATF16949, VDA6.3;   
  • knowledge about APQP, PFMEA, MSA, SPC and usage on Quality Tools; 
  • Good on both oral and written English ; 
  •  Good communication and problem solving skills.
