Specialist - PV Lab

• Key Responsibilities

• Preparation of test set-up
• Bench Testing of product HECU.
• Reporting of test results to supervisor in agreed quality format.
• Maintenance support of test equipment, Calibration according to planning and needs.
• Co-ordination / alignment with WW ASC PV locations and plants and executing as per the agreed timeline.
• Maintain Quality systems, Continuous improvement of processes within Testing department.
• Participate & propose innovative ideas & work together with supervisor.
• Responsible for order and cleanliness(5S) in testing lab.
• Completion of the testing task as per project planning & Capacity planning of department.

  Key competencies

   

• Bench Testing
• Know how knowledge of Test Specification
• Knowledge of Hydraulic brake system
• Self-Management / Time Management
• Efficient & structured problem solving

•  

Desired qualification

• Diploma/BE Mechanical

Experience (preferable)

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Bench Testing (most preferred for HECU product).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Hydraulic brake system / Product Engineering.
• Automotive standards & processes know how.
