New Product Launch Engineer

1.     Regular track new customer project plan & coordinate sample production;

定期追踪客户项目计划并协调生产；

2.     Coordinate new line setup, line upgrade, capacity expansion, and other industrialization project;

协调新线建线，产线升级，扩产等其他工业化项目；

3.     Weekly NPL status report and in time escalation;

每周项目状态进度汇报，如有必要及时升级；

4.     Monitor and sign-off NPL ramp up performance;

项目爬坡状态追踪；

5.     Capacity & line balance investigation with improvement plan or investment plan if necessary;

产能 & 产线平衡评估，如有必要，需提议改进方案或投资计划；

6.     Budget spending control;

预算追踪；

7.     Perform other tasks assigned by superior on time;

完成上级安排的其他工作;

Education 教育程度

-   Bachelor degree, major in mechanical, automation or electrical engineering electronics or mechanical is preferred

本科以上学历, 机械, 自动化或电气工程专业优先

Professional Experience & skills  工作经验及技能

-   At least 2 years working experience on project management/industry engineering

至少两年以上项目管理经验或工业工程

-   Good oral and writing in English

英语口语及书面能力佳

-   Good communication and negotiation skills

良好的沟通及谈判技巧

-  Good team work spirit

   良好的团队工作能力
