Local IT Support Intern

The Local IT Support Intern will be responsible for providing  technical support and maintaining the integrity of our IT hardware devices.

• Provide comprehensive IT support, including hardware and software troubleshooting
• Conduct thorough diagnostics and implement effective resolutions for technical issues
• Execute timely updates of operating systems to maintain optimal performance and security
• Manage and maintain accurate inventory control of all computer equipment
• Oversee the strategic replacement of computer equipment to ensure operational efficiency
• Deliver customer service and support to all internal and external stakeholders, maintaining  high standards of professionalism.

The ideal candidate for the Local IT Support Intern position must possess the following qualifications:

• Active student of the Systems Career
  Be an active student prior to 1 year to finish the degree
• Demonstrated proficiency in desktop and laptop operating system features, installation and troubleshooting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Fast learner
• Working towards objectives in an organized and disciplined way
• Interpersonal skills for effective communication with users and IT personnel
• Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
• Basic proficiency in English language skills
