Continental’s digital capabilities are growing every day. Our eCommerce, Fleet Solutions and Data Science Information Technology team creates a wide range of technology solutions for Continental’s Global Sales and Marketing teams – and we want you to join us! 

Our team continuously works on the digitalization of our business-to-business processes and end consumer communication, using leading web technologies and a strong focus on data science and artificial intelligence. We run Continental’s global customer relationship management platform, which supports our Sales colleagues in their daily interaction with customers. 

The Fleet Solutions part of our team builds global tech platforms using the Internet of Things, big data and automated service management. We constantly strive to improve the user experience for our fleet customers and Continental’s fleet organization.

In this exciting job you work on the following tasks:

  • Engage with business stakeholders to understand their processes and translate needs into system requirements.
  • Design and implement high-quality Salesforce solutions and ensure seamless integration with existing business workflows.
  • Lead the full project lifecycle, from requirements gathering, system design, testing, deployment, and user training.
  • Provide expertise in Salesforce best practices and governance, helping businesses to leverage the platform effectively.
  • Customize the Salesforce environment using standard configuration capabilities, including workflows, process builders, validation rules, and Lightning components.
  • Stay current with Salesforce updates and leverage new tools and features to provide recommendations for process improvements.
  • Work collaboratively with team members on multiple projects, contributing to a positive work environment and culture.

Tu perfil

  • Academic degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience in Salesforce CRM platform with a strong understanding of Salesforce.com best practices and functionality
  • Salesforce certifications such as Certified Salesforce Administrator, Certified Platform Developer I, or Certified Sales/Service Consultant
  • Strong business analysis and functional experience, including requirements gathering, creating/deploying solutions to end users
  • Experience with integration between Salesforce and other systems or business applications
  • Significant experience in project management methodologies and tools
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a dynamic and team-oriented environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional working proficiency in English
