Group Leader Manufacturing Processes - Tires

Tus actividades

  • Sets up and drives an organization to provide and develop manufacturing process specifications and standards
  • Leads strategic projects and takes on Key User Roles
  • Actively participates in the implementation of new products, semi-products compounds and raw materials
  • Drives his/her organization for continuous improvements in terms of Quality, Efficiency, Ergonomics, Safety
  • Cooperates with the production, QM, PE and PI departments to obtain continuous optimization of the processes and reduction of scrap I-IV and management of Rework/Work-Off Stock
  • Develops and implements standards for Statistical Process Control
  • Leads the employees in his/her reporting line, follows their HRD Cycle and coordinates their activities
  • Develops the employees in his/her reporting line, defines and implements their training plans
  • Guides the daily tasks of the employees in his/her reporting line
  • provides mentoring and facilitates onboarding training for new team members in Process Engineering
  • Understands and provides understanding related to interactions between equipment, processes and materials in delivering the final product
  • Understands and provides expertise on different functions of materials and components in the final product
  • Responsible for ensuring the quality of processes and final results in my own area of responsibility while respecting organizational policies and other legal or company requirements and escalating any quality related deviations encountered

Tu perfil

You are the right person for the job if you have:

  • 1-2 years of experience in manufacturing 
  • Previous Leadership experience 
  • Project Management experience 
  • Statistical Process Control Approach knowledge 
  • Know-how of the manufacturing process of tires - is an advantage 
  • Kaizen Methodologies, SPS Methodologies know-how is an advantage 
  • Advanced English level 
  • Advanced Microsoft Office know-how 
  • Technical studies are an advantage.
