In the Autonomous Mobility Business Area, we create next generation automotive software solutions which make automated driving safe and affordable. We work towards Vision Zero, a goal to eliminate fatal accidents happening every day on the world’s roads. We are looking for creative minds who are passionate to shape the future of automated driving by delivering world-class perception and fusion systems.

Your task

  • Work closely with hiring managers to define job roles and requirements related to specific roles for our Budapest, Szeged and Debrecen locations
  • Take part in the scoping of the new satellite location at Szeged and Debrecen, determine venues of growth, taking into account the skills and traits of the local talent pools
  • Determine creative recruitment sourcing strategies for open positions
  • Determine viable sourcing channels which help reaching our yearly hiring targets
  • Be responsible for job advertisements, sourcing, phone-screening, interviews, etc.
  • Give valuable feedback regardless of the success of the application for possible employees
  • Work independently with vendors and manage them targeting high quality candidates and timely delivery
  • Support employer branding activities and hiring campaigns (e.g. events, job fairs, etc)
  • Organize and actively participate in the onboarding of new colleagues
  • Act as a single point of contact for recruitment topics for the employees and managers in your area of responsibility
  • Facilitate recruitment activities country wide to establish the full remote setup / satellite offices at other cities of Hungary

  • Find the best talents for autonomous mobility topics with extensive software development / platform development and operations
  • Sustain the high inflow of prospective and relevant candidates in the recruitment funnel
  • Increase the relevancy of overall applications, interviews
  • Ensure that monthly sourcing targets are met
  • Guarantee the positive impression for the applicants during the whole recruitment process
  • Find the best candidates for the key roles of the organization
  • Implement new, creative, modern solutions in recruitment
  • Effectively contribute to the success of our locations by formulating and executing the local hiring strategy

Tu perfil

  • University degree
  • Minimum 3-5 years of talent sourcing experience in the areas of software development / embedded development / platform engineering, preferably in a multinational environment
  • Strong experience in interacting with potential candidates on social media and professional networks
  • Outstanding command of English language
  • Collaborative, open-minded, team player attitude
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the local employment market is a huge plus
