Global Project Management Coach AMERICAS

• Global contact person in all PM related questions
• Ensuring the appropriate application of the PM process, PM methodologies and tools
• Supporting sponsors, steering committees, project managers and project teams as a consultant towards successful project execution
• PM facilitation in the project planning phase and project related facilitation during the course of the project
• Supporting the continuous improvement of the project management and our global project manager network
• Sparring partner in projects for solution-oriented discussions of project challenges
• Contact person for the PM tool Planisware
• If needed, managing own projects

• Academic degree in Business Administration / Engineering or similar degree
• Several years of experience in the automotive industry
• Several years of experience in project management, e.g. as Project Manager, facilitator or coach. Experience in implementing international processes
• Fluent in English & Spanish (written and spoken)
• Excellence communication and facilitation skills
• Good planning and organizational skills 
• Intercultural competence
• Willingness to travel ( America´s region, and Europe )
