Supplier Quality Manager - Safe Launch Manager (m/f/diverse)

We are looking for you to support our area User Experience (UX) at the location Babenhausen near Aschaffenburg.

Your tasks as SQM Safe Launch Manager:

• Ensure preventive measures at supplier side for UX global new product launches in multiple production locations worldwide
• Ensure the coordination between Technikum (located in the UX headquarter in Babenhausen), R&D, production plants and the SQM organization to achieve the project launch objectives in terms of timing, quality and costs
• Execution of lessons learned, read across and best practice sharing within technikum, production locations, suppliers and other UX stakeholders
• Provides and promotes continuous improvement in the area of responsibility
• Represents SQM Technikum in projects, supplier and customer meetings

• Academic degree in a technical field or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in different SQM (VDA Audits & supplier development) / automotive production / customer quality functions 
• Professional experience in quality function and/or in project management in automotive industry
• High Experience with supplier management, continuous improvement, quality assurance, industrial engineering, production and escalation management
• Experience in working and coordination of international teams on quality and project issues 
• Fluent written and spoken English language skills
• Understanding for different foreign cultures (NA / Asia, several European cultures)
