CKU MM / WM Procurement System

 Define, create and implement standards for procurement, inventory management, warehousing and logistic processes , demand planning based on SAP standard functions and enhancement by add ons (e.g. tool for material master creation and classification, logistic software & modules) 

 Realize and secure concepts and standards in SAP S4/Hana MM / WM  to fulfill the requirements of the different customers within material management , purchasing or warehouse management, SCM and Logistic.

 Define the master data concept for the whole Division ContiTech and for all Business Processes within SAP MM/WM and possible other solutions

Coordinate the implementation of the MM/WM master data concept incl. organizational structures and related processes for the division

Define processes for the maintenance of MM/WM master data and processes and administration of MM/WM master data and processes for all BUs and legal entities worldwide.

 MM Ticket management and user support, trainings and workshops for Global KU, Local KU and Power User

WM user support, trainings and workshops for Global KU, Local KU and Power User

Train and support local user administrator

Define and create authorization concepts and roles

Support X-Alert monitoring, especially by checking rights of central people with local authorization in different legal entities (e.g. central purchasing) 

MM/WM role related user administration for LKU's, corporate users and special roles

Responsible to provide management accessibility to MM/ WM  related business information; includes data warehouse and other visualization tools (defines specific business requirements)

Serve as a MM /WM related consultant to business leaders as to the capabilities and efforts for implementation of information needs

Operational Experience in Purchasing, Logistics  and related Departments (e.g. SCM, Requirement Planning)
