Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist - Manufacturing

**Position must sit at one of our Tire Plant locations in the US (Preference: Mt. Vernon, IL, Sumter, SC or Clinton, MS)

The Human Resources Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for delivering all facets of recruiting success for our Tire Manufacturing sites. This will be achieved through the development of local and national recruiting plans, employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas.

The TA Specialist will play a critical role in ensuring we are hiring the best possible talent.  The talent acquisition specialist will partner with hiring managers and human relations departments to recruit the best qualified and best fit candidates for job vacancies.

This position will fully support requisitions from start to finish and may not have a TA Coordinator to help with interview scheduling, background checks, onboarding paperwork, etc.

BASIC:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, psychology or related degree
• 5+ years of full life cycle talent acquisition experience
• Manufacturing recruiting experience 
• Mechanical and/or Electrical Engineering recruiting experience
• Strong ATS experience
• Well networked and has experience with University Relations and building pipelines
• Experience handling competing requisitions and deadlines across multiple site locations
• Position must sit at one of our Tire Plant locations in the US (Preference: Mt. Vernon, IL, Sumter, SC or Clinton, MS)
• Travel up to 15% of the time, domestic, sometimes internationally
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Legal authorization to work in the US is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas now or in the future, for this job opening
• Can offer a relocation package

PREFERRED:

• Strategic manufacturing recruiting experience
• Tire Plant or Manufacturing related industry recruiting experience 
• SmartRecruiters experience 
• SAP experience 
• Knowlege of AAP
• 7+ years of full life cycle talent acquisition experience
