具体职责：
一, 功能安全需求
1，Acting as Functional Safety Lead to drive the development of automotive electronic control units in compliance with the Continental development process and international standard ISO 26262; 作为功能安全负责人，推动符合开发公司流程和国际标准ISO 26262的汽车电子控制单元的开发;
2，Managing functional safety with the customer and internal development team; 与客户及内部开发团队一起管理功能安全
3，Supporting and perform safety analyses on product’s system, hardware and software; 支持并执行产品系统、硬件和软件的安全性分析
4， Supporting and develop safety concepts for system architectures and specify safety requirements for system, hardware and software disciplines; 支持和制定系统架构的安全理念，明确系统、硬件和软件学科的安全要求
5， Performing Safety Requirements management (elicitation, analysis, prioritization, traceability, changes, metrics); 执行安全需求管理（引出、分析、优先级排序、可追溯性、变更、指标）
6，Planning and coordinate creation of functional safety documentation according to ISO 26262; 根据ISO 26262规划和协调功能安全文档的创建;
7， Conducting reviews with product teams, external assessors and clients to ensure functional safety standards are being met throughout product development cycles; 与产品团队，外部评估员和客户进行审查，以确保在整个产品开发周期中满足功能安全标准;
8， Having close contact and collaboration with other locations and customers regarding Functional Safety Management; 在功能安全管理方面与其他地点和客户保持密切联系和协作;
9， Supporting in developing and in maintaining a Safety Culture within the organization. ; 支持在组织内发展和维护安全文化。
二，技术风险分析
1，Consulting, support and participation in projects to ensure the performance of Technical Risk Analysis (TRA) 咨询、支持和参与项目以确保技术风险分析 (TRA) 的执行
2，Analyze and rate development work products against TRA requirements 根据 TRA 要求分析和评估产品开发工作
3，Creation of TRA work products (FMEA, FTA, DFA, D-P-FMEA interface sheet, TRA status reports,...) 创建 TRA 工作产品（FMEA、FTA、DFA、D-P-FMEA 接口表、TRA 状态报告……）
4，Communication of TRA results in development project teams； 在开发项目团队中的交流TRA的结果;
5，Presentation of TRA topics internally and towards customers / suppliers ; 向内部和向客户/供应商介绍 TRA 相关事宜；
6，Contribute to TRA at vehicle level together with project members and customers ；与项目成员和客户一起，在整车层面为 TRA 做出贡献
 

1. More than 3 years R&D experience in the automotive industry (preferred with Body Control, Gateway, or VCU experience)
2,    Functional Safety Management (ISO26262) knowhow
3,    Deep technical understanding of products, components and safety solutions
4,    Communication, presentation and Moderation Skills
5,    Organizational Standard Process and Methods (Risk Management, Project Management..)
6,    Knowledge in technical analysis (FMEA, FMEDA, FTA etc.)
7,    Dependent Failure Analysis method
8,    have intercultural competencies
9    Fluent in English
