Controlling Analyst

PURPOSE: Support the logistic controlling operation and coordinate the operation for open new customers.

RESPONSABILITIES:
Collect and administrate customer files, legal and fiscal information, contract signed, etc.
Run the process to open new accounts (bill to, ship to) for all channels
Maintain customer master file into SAP (add new, modify, delete, etc.)
Ensure the correct digital sealing and requirements from the Tax authorities
Support Inside Sales department with all the questions regarding CFDI 4.0 and coordinate with Tax department at Continental
Support Controlling with cost & MTP Calculations for all the BA´S
Support Controlling with the monthly financial reports
Calculate Inventory FC for all the BA´s
Assign and control the gasoline expenses.
Support Logistic controller in the necessary reports.
Follow up on tickets and support from the external Invoicing system provider.
Support in the rebilling process

Bachelor's Degree in the following fields: Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or similar.

Advanced English level.

1-3 years of experience at:
Contact with Sales area
Management of credit notes
Accounting
Financial Planning and Analysis
Customer Centricity

Software:
Advanced MS Excel
Basic Power BI
SAP (desirable) or similar ERP
