Core Responsibilities
• As Projects & Investments Manufacturing Engineer you will support continuous improvement initiatives on plant equipment performance
• In this role you will ensure operation of new machines is according global laws and technical rules
• The Projects & Investments Manufacturing Engineer will develop concepts for new machinery and equipment
• You will be responsible for preparation of Capital Requests and specifications - scope and specification, design, layouts, installation, start up
• In this role you will work closely with production managers and shop floor production personnel in support of capital expenditure projects
• As the Projects & Investments Manufacturing Engineer you will be responsible for performing supplier negotiations and monitoring progress of their work as well as performing Factory Acceptance tests at suppliers
•You will be responsible for the installation and commissioning of production machines, parts and lines as well as preparation of documentation

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years of successful experience within a manufacturing environment
• Ability to communicate technical information to a diverse audience.
• Able to collect, analyze and present data to support recommendations.
• Project management experience required.
• Basic knowledge in CAD drafting and modeling.
