Your role

As an eBusiness Application Manager you will be working in a highly dynamic environment driving forward the digital services & solutions portfolio for the RE Tire EMEA business unit.

You will be part of a vibrant, diverse and high performing team that is responsible for a variety of eBusiness applications and processes, having the freedom to ideate, initiate and drive projects in the eBusiness dept, in a range from internal process automation to customer experience optimization, mainly in a B2B context.

Your tasks

  • Lead development, implementation and coordination of eBusiness applications that contribute to growth and efficiency for Replacement Tire EMEA;
  • Independent project planning and management;
  • Central Leadership of Local Key Users for respective applications;
  • Steering, training and supporting the EMEA user community for eBusiness applications;
  • Responsible for system support & maintenance (together with ext or int IT);
  • Roll-out support incl. testing;
  • Marketing Budget Control for selected applications;
  • Ensure activities are targeted to maximize effectiveness and contribute to the overall marketing & sales strategies;
  • Evaluate performance measurements for responsible applications and create innovative solutions to support growth and continuously improve effectiveness. Especially focusing on ease within Applications;
  • Monitor the market, competitor activities and technological developments in order to ensure highest level of competitiveness;
  • Ensure integrated approach with other departments/sales channels to leverage economies of scale and best practices to ensure the most efficient use of resources.

Your profile

Required skills/experience/mindset

  • Academic degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration or IT Management;
  • 3+ years of professional experience in eBusiness, Marketing, IT, Application Key User;
  • Process knowledge (business and IT in the area of sales and eBusiness);
  • Experience in international and cross-functional projects and advanced Know-How in Agile Project Management;
  • Team player and willingness to work in virtual teams;
  • Project lead experience;
  • Business proficiency in English (written & verbal), German or Portuguese are a plus;
  • Willingness to travel within EMEA.
