Demand management
- Review customer demand at article level for the next 12 weeks, including rolling monthly forecasts(up to 40 weeks).
- Align with the Key Account Manager(KAM) to determine the forecast and update it weekly in the forecasting tool.
- Continuously monitor demand changes and coordinate with plant SCP on required production plan adjustments.
- Prepare materials and inputs for forecast meetings with relevant internal teams.
- Proactively address supply & demand‑related issues in a timely and effective manner.
Order - Inventory management
- Receive and confirm customer call-offs and orders.
- Process replenishment orders to the plant and monitor shipping schedules.
- Monitor in-transit stock, ETA and proactively communicating updates or deviations.
- Control and coordinate inbound deliveries to the third‑party warehouses in Korea with transport‑optimized scheduling.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels at the local warehouse and plant to ensure availability.
- Communicate with logistics partners regarding order status and delivery updates.
- Support the supply and delivery process for sample tires.
- Manage phase‑in and phase‑out processes at the operational level.
- Conduct monthly warehouse audits to ensure inventory accuracy and compliance with operational standards.
- Manage logistics cost and drive cost‑optimization initiatives.
Customer relationship & Communication
- Maintain regular communication with the customer on ongoing logistics topics.
- Coordinate alternative solutions with the customer in case of availability issues.
- Manage third‑party warehouses and logistics partners to support reliable and efficient supply chain operations.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Plant, Finance, Quality, Engineering, RnD, etc.
Your profile
▪Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
▪ SAP experience is a plus
▪ English in written/spoken should be possible
▪ Self-motivated person
▪ Team player
